Insurance

Be sure to verify coverage and benefits with your insurance prior to your first appointment.

Reassure Health, PLC is a preferred provider of Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO and Blue Choice) insurance plans.  If you carry this insurance, we are an in-network provider.

 

Please be aware that some Aetna, BCBS ,and United plans are administered by a third party, and Reassure Health may not be considered an in-network provider in those cases.

Even if you have insurance other than those listed, Reassure Health is here for you. You’ll simply be asked to pay for your services at the time of your visit. You’ll receive an invoice that you may file with your individual insurance carrier for reimbursement according to their rates and your insurance.
